Conquer nightmares, improve your dream recall and come to a deeper understanding of what your dreams are trying to tell you. Talk with your dream characters and ask them yourself what message they are trying to tell you. Imagine how you could you learn about yourself if you could interact with your dreams directly!
Healing and Personal Development
In a lucid dream you have direct contact with deeper parts of your personality (read, subconscious), without interference from your ego. This allows for powerful opportunities for learning about the self, healing treatments, discussions with other parts of yourself, all done from within the dream state.
Dream Healing
Before working with you I had very little dream recall and was actually afraid of dreaming. Now I am not afraid of my dreams any more at all and remembering more and more dreams all the time! In our coaching we also focused on some very powerful healing work that has opened my heart and my intuition in some exciting new ways. Lucid Dream Achieved!
